Nathan Catterson
My name is Nathan Catterson, I am a second year politics student. I have a passion for people and want to use my time as Vice President to help the students and not myself. I want to advance the students union and make it work effectively for every student. I will; continue the fight against fees, lobby for car park solutions, push for 24hour access to LRC and continue supporting fair-trade and recycling. I believe as an independent I can bring fresh enthusiasm to the Students Union and represent your needs.

Liam Duggan
My name is Liam Duggan. I am 21 years old and am running in this election for a number of reasons. One of those reasons is that I believe students are being made to suffer because of bad politics with tuition fees to almost double. Students are also being exploited by landlords who are
accountable to no one. This has to change. All this can be avoided by the Student Union having someone to challenge these irresponsible policies on behalf of all students. I want to be that person. I want to show that there is a better way. |

Emma ThompsonMy name is Emma Thompson. I’m 21 years old and I’m currently in final year studying Environmental Health. Being Vice President Academic and Student Affairs would give me the opportunity to represent you, I’m dedicated to raising the profile of issues which are affecting you and I will be an approachable contact for students. As a student and through my involvement with clubs and as the current canoe club president I have met a wide range of students from different courses, backgrounds and even countries and will work to represent you all.
