Jonny Lavery
My name is Jonny Lavery, and I’m running for the position of VP Campaigns and Communications. Throughout my time at UU, I have noticed that many students aren’t aware of what is going on in OUR union.
If I’m elected, YOU will be more aware of, involved in, and motivated by campaigns & events within YOUR UNION. I will relaunch student communications and make UUSU more visible and appealing VIA; NEW website, Magazine and fight to introduce UU RADIO! I will fight for government action on graduate unemployment. This Union should stand up for students’ futures aswell as their present! |

Ciara McCannI am Ciara McCann, currently Site Vice President at Magee, seeking your Number 1 vote for VP Campaigns and Communications. I want your #1 vote so I can represent all students’ of University of Ulster across all four campuses in 2011/12.
I feel I have the best experience and great passion to fulfil this role. With sound knowledge of how the Students’ Union works and having gained a great deal in terms of experience and knowledge with running different campaigns at Magee, as well as embracing electronic media to communicate to the students; I am the woman for this job! |

Malachy McCrudden
My name is Malachy McCrudden, I have been at the UUB for almost 3 years now, having done a foundation diploma in art and design and then studied visual communications and now fine & applied art.
I have good experience with people from working within the general council, bar committee and being site entertainment office. With this experience and the 3 years of study I have skills with people and creative thinking. I feel that a new approach is needed for this new role, creative thinking is needed, I plan to facilitate this as VP campaigns and communication. |
