What service does Frank offer?

  • Available to give advice + where appropriate, assistance on any aspect of your finances while you are studying.
  • Can help you decipher the maze of rules & regulations around student funding vis-a-vis Tuition Fees, Student Loans, Bursaries etc.
  • Can help you ensure that you are getting any benefits to which you may be entitled and explain how these might be effected by or impact on your Student funding.
  • Can help you avoid many of the possible pitfalls by helping you understand how the whole funding process works so that you can take appropriate and timely action. 
  • Can help with advice on budgeting and , if problems do arise, he can advise you on managing your debts.

You DO NOT have to have a problem to call in for a chat . Sometime just chatting things over can help... so please call ANY time!

  • Frank will usually be available on a 'drop-in' basis from 10.30 -1.00 & 2.00 -3.30.
  • No appointment is required but it may be an idea to ring in advance, if you can, just to ensure that he is there and free.  
  • It would also be helpful if, when coming to see Frank, you could bring all the documentation you  have relating to your course and / or your benefits.
  • In particular you should bring all correspondence with your Education & Library Board and / or The Student Loans Company.
