Elections

Elections will only need to take place if there are more people nominated than are needed.

Elections should take place during Week 2, to allow time for you to come to training the week after.

All you need to do to prepare is speak to your fellow students and convince them that you are the best person for the job - maybe you have carried out the role in previous years, or have experience of something similar from studying somewhere else, or maybe you just know that you are an excellent communicator and will represent everyone on your course.   Whatever your talents, make sure people know about them - your Course Director will give you time before a lecture to give a brief speech and then there will be a simple vote.
