Training

To ensure you can carry out your role as a Class Representative effectively and you get the most out of your role, the Students' Union offers training sessions for all reps. 

Class rep training dates (all dates are in October 2009)

There are 2 sessions to choose from on each date - you only need to attend one session, either in the morning between 10.30 and 12.30, or the afternoon between 2.30 and 4.30. 

You do not get an automatic exemption from class, but you should ask your Course Director if the times do clash.  You may not be allowed to miss class if it is a seminar or if you have a test or course work due.  If you really cannot make any of the training times, get in touch with Avril and alternative arrangements will be attempted.
