Caption: Pudsey with the Jordanstown Site Executive
All manner of wacky ideas have been concocted by the Site Executive to raise cash! Their fun filled events included sponsored leg-waxing. Surprisingly a large proportion of male customers showed up and even the bar staff got involved.
A traditional ballot also took place with plenty of eye catching prizes for students.
However, the week would not have been complete without a celebrity visit from Pudsey Bear who was good enough to take time out of his busy schedule!
Site Vice President Diarmuid Frazer said "Spirits have been high all week in the Students Union, the fundraising ideas have really created a buzz.
Children in need is such a worthwhile charity and we always aim to give them as much support as possible. We hope to raise well over a thousand pounds!"
