Finally on Monday 21st November we will launch the all new Volunteering Centre which will help improve the volunteering services for students in each of the four campuses. I will be in touch with you over the next few weeks to keep you up to date on how these Campaigns go and let you know what is next on the agenda for week 10,11 and 12! Welcome from the VP Campaigns & Communications officer
My position within the Students’ Union is VP Campaigns and Communications, which is an overall position representing all students. This will be my second year within the Students’ Union as a sabbatical, however I am the first and this will be my first year as VP Campaigns & Communications. We had a great year last year with a whole new Students’ Union structure change; we achieved the Students’ Union Evaluation Initiative Bronze Award as well as representing all students at University of Ulster. The VP Campaigns position was made available through the new structure change last year and thanks to a great, dedicated election team I was successfully elected for this academic year. So many thanks to all of you who voted!!
