Complaints

The student complaints procedure seeks to provide an accessible, fair and straightforward system which enables you to raise concerns and which ensures an effective, timely and appropriate response.

You will not be disadvantaged because you have made a complaint in good faith.

There are separate procedures for students at the University, those pursuing courses in Partner Institutions (Associate Students) and students at QAHE. Please follow the relevant link below.

In addition you are protected by Consumer Protection legislation, consolidated within the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA), and these Terms and Conditions have been established in accordance with guidance on the implications of consumer legislation for Higher Education Institutions issued by the Competition and Markets Authority.

This procedure can be used to complain about any aspect of academic or other services provided by the University.  It cannot be used in cases relating to personal harassment/discrimination, reviews of academic decision or appeals against decisions taken under disciplinary proceedings
