Feeling Social
Ulster University Mountaineering Club is a student led club involved in all aspects of mountaineering including hiking, camping and rock climbing, so there is something for everyone to enjoy! We engage in a wide range of mountaineering activities across the UK/Ireland and Europe, from traditional climbing in the local Mourne Mountains to winter mountaineering in the Scottish Cairngorms to sport climbing in sunny Spain.
On top of these activities the club has a strong presence in competition climbing across Ireland. We compete on a regular basis at events including the Irish Bouldering League, Irish Leading League, Irish Intervarsity’s, G-Force, Blocstock and a large number of local competitions.
So if you’re looking for an opportunity to travel and get a taste for adventure don’t hesitate to contact the club and get involved!
