Advice Bureau

The UUSU Advice Bureau provides independent, confidential and impartial advice for students on a range of academic and welfare issues.

From problems on your course, issues with teaching or appealing a mark we are here to help and advise you.

Learn more about your rent rights and avoid problems with private rentals or halls of residence. If we are unable to assist we can refer you to the appropriate authority to help with your issue.

Complaints, bullying and harassment can be challenging for our students. We aim to guide you through policies and procedures and signpost students to specialist services if required.
