As the recognised voice for all students, UUSU also represents the collective views and experience of the PGR community locally, nationally and across key University Meetings. We want to ensure your experience is heard loud and clear and remains current and reflective of your unique research journey.
Each semester we hold open events which provide a direct link to the team here at UUSU. Please join us and let us know where and how we can advocate, campaign and support across the PGR experience.

Student Council

Like everyone within our university and union you will have a different experience, but we want to make sure you have the ability to have your say and influence your own experience within Ulster University. We know that you have the understanding and experience to make your time at Ulster the best it can be and we want to amplify your voice!
Have an idea around PGR specific policy that could improve the experience for someone like you, got an idea to improve the lives of your fellow students? Then perhaps Student Council could be a good way to change things, we have a specific elected PGR Rep on Council who can bring forward ideas on your behalf or if you wish to develop ideas yourself with the help of the Clerk of Council then click here.
