Join us for some spring bulb planting on Tuesday 7th October

Spending time in nature is great for our mental health, but did you know that the simple act of touching soil can also provide mental health benefits?!

Meet us outside the UUSU office and we'll take the short dander to the wellbeing garden on campus to prepare for spring blooms!

Join us for a cup of tea on Thursday 9th October.

The act of sitting down and having a cup of tea in good company feels good and releases serotonin, which is important for functioning well emotionally!
