As your student representative for Politics with Criminology, I will ensure that your voice and your views are heard by not only myself, but by all faculty members.
I have been a course representative in Belfast Met for the past two years so I am well versed in how to ensure that we all get the things that we want, need and deserve.
As students, we cannot be afraid to let our views become swept up into the university machine.
Nothing will change unless we, the students, stand up, speak out and make ourselves heard.
I am not running for election simply to better my C.V, but because I believe we can be the voice of real things in this university.
No-one knows better the life of a fresher than us. Together, we can ensure that processes do not stagnate in the face of bureaucracy, that “this is the way we’ve always done things” is an acceptable excuse for halting change.
We can change this university.
We will change this university.
Elect me, and know that you will be heard.
Elect me, and be a part of the change that will happen.
Elect me, and have a voice.
