My name is Theresa Mcilwaine, I am currently a first year nursing student.
I would like to be more involved in my course, I am friendly and an approachable person that is able to work well in a team. These skills enable me to talk to class mates, hear their opinions and be able to give feedback to the appropiate people. (E.g head of school, course lead)
A course rep is important as it enables student voices to be heard. I will ensure class mates would feel comfortable being able to talk to me about any issues they have regarding the course or more personal issues if they feel that they would benefit from talking to me.
