I would like to nominate myself for Course Rep of the second year Dietetics 2018/19.
As Course Rep, I consider myself the voice of the students studying 2nd Dietetics in Ulster. I am aware it is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in Ulster. I am interested in maintaining and improving our high standard of education, employability and experience at Ulster.
One of my main priorities as Course Rep is establishing and maintaining a positive communitive relationship between the students and our Course Director and the department staff. By doing so I hope to quickly and successfully solve any problems that may arise in a professional and decisive manner. I consider myself to be an approachable person to my fellow peers and aim to do my utmost in seeking their opinions on relevant topics and using my time resourcefully and wisely to achieve a satisfied cohort of students.
From my time as Course Rep 2017/2018, I have gained invaluable skills and have learnt about decision making, time management and communication, If I was re-elected as the Course Rep, I would be grateful for the chance to develop these skills further so I can use them to my advantage in life after my time at Ulster.
