My aims:
- Enusre students know they have a voice.
- Raise awareness of support students can access.
- Push for improved ICT facilities and a broader spectrum of resources.
- Keep campus life fun and enjoyable.
I will ensure that first year students voices are heard and that problems students are facing on campus are addressed quickly and effectively.
I will push to ensure that support is available for students if and when needed, furthermore I will make students aware of the current support offered in terms of accidemic support and personal support.
Within the University I will try to make sure the campus is a vibrant and exciting experience that boosts the overall moral of the students and motivates you.
Regarding the ICT facilities, I will aim to make the board aware of any on going problems that students are facing, highlighting improvements to be made in order to allow students to succeed.
However most importantly I will aim to ensure that University of Ulster is a fun, caring, inclusive and prosperous university that puts the needs of its students at the forefront and core of its work, as happy and engaged students have the ability to do amazing work.
