Hi, my name is Ellen and I am running for the position of Food and Nutrition Year 2 course rep for the upcoming year. I would love to be a course rep as I believe it is a very important role which could be both fun and challenging.
I have experience of being student alliance in Dungannon Ladies Hockey Club committee which has provided me with great organisational skills as well as experience in fundraiser and social events planning. In addition to this, my years of playing team sports eg hockey have given me great communication skills which is why I believe I would be an essential candidate.
If I was elected, I would love to organise some social events for the class in order to create a greater class bond which I believe would be very beneficial, especially when group tasks and presentations are allocated.
