I would like to push myself and be a voice for people who have concerns, but aren't comfortable, or confident enough to speak for themselves. I am naturally talkative, semi loud but yet a very easy going person. I'm also an all or nothing person, so once I commit to something I give 100%. Those traits, as crazy as they may be, are actually what gives me confidence to speak out and help me to not be afraid to approach strangers. Through working with young people, I've learnt that the more embarrassing you are and the more okay you are with it, people naturally have ease around you. That's what I would like, for the people in my course to have an ease about talking to me with regards to problems they may have about the course. I would also really enjoy having them come to me to address these issues as this would challenge me in a good way.
Even though I am loud, I find myself gravitating towards being more of a hidden introvert, and I think that gives me an advantage because I have a better grasp at understanding how to approach a variety of people.
