We are happy to present our Spring Formal 2024!! Hosted in The Malone Hotel Belfast, Thursday 9th May!

Your Ticket and Night Includes:

This formal is open to any student studying a social science degree. You are entitled to a plus one, your plus one does not need to be a student at Ulster University.

Tickets will cost £50 for students and plus ones, however all members can avail of a discounted price at £40. Members must be logged in at the time of purchase to avail of the discounted price. (If you are a member, and your plus one is either not a member or not a student at Ulster University, they must purchase a standard ticket.)

Please let us know when purchasing a ticket if you have any dietary requirments which we can ensure is accommodated.

As a society we are conscious of the environment and playing our part, therefore all tickets will be paperless this year and available on your phone. Please ensure you have the correct ticket on your phone at the ready to display to security on the night. Tickets are limited and open to over 8 degrees, all with 3-4 year groups and once they are sold out, they are sold out.

*Once you have bought a ticket, there are no refunds. It is your responsibility to find an individual to take your ticket if you no longer wish to attend. If you are purchasing for a plus one, their name must be provided to Chairperson Emily Roberts via email Roberts-e2@ulster.ac.uk or messaged through to the Instagram Page socialstudiessociety_uu atleast two weeks prior to the formal, and that name cannot be changed following this cut off date. We must have all dietary requirments two weeks prior to the formal. All tickets must be paid in full. If you have any questions feel free to contact our chairperson or instagram page.*
