In the run-up to Valentines Day we're promoting self-love by making some Smile Jars!

You will need:
- A clean jar (this could be a jam jar, etc with the label taken off or covered)
- Some paper & scissors
- Pen, pencils and/or markers
- Some small things to make you happy (e.g. sachet of hot chocolate)
