After a busy first week at university, come and unwind with Heather for a 45 minute Hatha yoga class. A yoga class described as ‘Hatha’ will typically involve a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques. These are typically practised more slowly and with more static posture holds than a Vinyasa flow or Ashtanga class. The class will suit all levels and modifications are given throughout the class.
You can book one of two class times, 2pm or 3pm and you sign up here. Places are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
