The Acute and Critical Care Society (ACCS) aims to provide an insight and overveiw to acute and critical care medicine. ACCS focuses on specialities that care for individuals who are suffering from severe or life-threatening illnesses and injuries in various settings. Such specialites include, but are not limited too:
ACCS aims to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to recognise and manage a wide range conditions affecting the acutely and critically unwell.
ACCS is open to any student at Ulster University who is interested in a career in acute and critical care, or who is looking to expand their professional, clinical, and academic skills in this exciting and dynamic area of healthcare.
