Boxing requires discipline and determination. You'll learn to push yourself, both mentally and physically. Boxing teaches you to never give up, to keep fighting even when the going gets tough. This kind of tenacity will serve you well in all aspects of life, not just in the ring. Our club offers coaching from professionals as well as benefiting from first class fitness sessions as well as excellence sports equipment. We are an IABA Affiliated Club and we offer progression onto Irish & British University Competitions. This is a club to watch out for. This club will appeal to someone who loves a challenge.
