UUSU #ShareTheLove

UUSU are giving students the chance to #ShareTheLove and say thank you to the Ulster University staff members who have adapted their learning, support and whole way of working over the last four months.

Semester 2 certainly didn’t go to plan for UUSU, and one of the things we missed out on doing was our annual Learning & Teaching Awards.  Whilst we can’t bring those back for 2020, we can run an online campaign which shines a light on the amazing staff members who have gone above and beyond to support your learning and wellbeing over the period of lockdown.

All we need is a paragraph about this person – telling us how they have helped you/your classmates, and we will do the rest…..we can’t give them a physical ceremony and award, but we can #ShareTheLove and shout about them from the rooftops (well, our digital ones!).

Important bits:

  • Nominate through our online form: #ShareTheLove
  • We don’t have strict criteria, but we do need a few lines telling us why you are nominating them and examples of how they have helped you over this period;
  • You can nominate individuals and teams – just make sure and give us details of everyone involved;
  • It can be any staff member at UU.

It has been an exceptionally tough time – why not #ShareTheLove and brighten someone’s day
