This society is for all students who want to be more in the moment through:
Yoga - We provide yoga mats. The class is given by Heather Wright who is an experienced yoga teacher. It is for all abilities including absolute beginners. Heather will include poses for beginners up to more advanced. She is also great for helping absolute beginners ease into the session. Everyone is welcome.
Meditation - we provide either yoga mats or chairs. And if you feel like it you can bring a pillow or whatever makes you comfortable. The class is given by Paul Bonnor who is an experienced meditation teacher. You don't need to have meditated before to join this class, Paul is great for making sure everyone is eased into it and comfortable. Everyone is welcome.
Mindful Monday’s - We will be doing artwork and other activities while watching movies decided by vote or listening to music and eating shnacks all while getting to know each other better
